Q: How to become OnlineFip member?

A: Becoming a OnlineFip member is absolutely free. Simply go to home page, click on“Join Now” link in the right hand top corner . After clicking you will be redirected to a page where you will be asked to enter your name, your valid email address and your password. Click on submit and you are done. As soon as you complete this process we will send you the confirmation mail.
 
Q: Know your order status?

A: When you place an order on OnlineFip, your order is added to the My Order History tab of your account. You can view the details of your OnlineFip orders including the status of each order, detailed invoice, and a detailed history of 7 days of your past OnlineFip orders.
 
Q: How to recover your forgotten OnlineFip login password?

A: If you forgot your password, then click on “forgot password” link on the top right hand corner of the site. OnlineFip will mail the password to your email address which you have entered while making a new account.
 
Q: How long will it take to upload my pictures?

A: Time taken for uploading pictures depends upon total size of the pictures, your internet bandwidth etc. We recommend uploading of pictures in batch of 10. This is not hard and fast rule. You can upload as many pictures as you want.
 
Q: When will I get the ordered products?

A: Your photos will be processed within two business days after the receipt of your payment and order and will be sent to you by your selected shipping preference.We can ship through a different courier. Please note: 1.During the peak season, or during festivals or other special occasions, processing and shipping times might be longer. 2.If your order contains one or more sizes that require longer processing time, the entire package will get delayed. So, the expected delivery time will be the maximum processing time required for a particular size.
 
Q: What is the maximum file upload size for each product?

A:File specification for uploading is JPG/200 DPI/RGB.
 
Q: Why am I being asked to register? What are the benefits of registering?

A: By registering and signing in to OnlineFip, you need not give your details everytime you place an order. Also you are able to view your order position.
 
Q: Is it possible to place an order by sending pictures in a CD or DVD?

A:Yes. You can place orders by sending pictures in CDs or DVDs.
 
Q: I don't have a credit card. Can I still place orders on your website?

A:Yes, you can make direct payment to our bank account.
 
Q: Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

A: Normally No. But, you can contact our customer support team at contact@onlinefip.com to check if anything can be done in your case if it's really unavoidable and the shipment has not left.
