Prints are given in rolled form.You are requested to put in a separate order for sizes upto 12X8 inches so that we can give these in flat form. Print may have white border on one or more side even though the image file does not have the white border.
Minimum order/bill value for Digital Printing is Rs.100 in Glossy per individual size upto 6x9 and Rs.100 in Matte per individual size upto 6x9. (Excluding taxes)*

We cannot match reprint orders. Sizes in inches.We also use lustre as matte.We will not print passport/stamp size photo given in any format of print size.Only B2C orders online.
We do not do spot finish/touchup.We do not do corrections above 6x9. Default is “Fit-in”.

Surcharge in the form of the difference between the actual value and the minimum value will be charged extra, as applicable, if the bill value falls below the minimum. In case certain files are not printed at our end and because of this if bill value falls below the minimum value surcharge will be levied.
Prints from same file in different sizes/surface will not match.Default surface is Glossy.
File specification for printing upto 12x36 is JPG/maximum 200 DPI/RGB. (excluding 12x20).
File specification for printing in size 20x16 and above is JPG/maximum 200 DPI/RGB (including 12x20).
